Do you think it is a difficult task to represent the company and its values from the very beginning? Kamila Kałuża I would definitely say responsible. I want candidates to feel good and at ease during interviews and I want them to remember us that way. In the later stages I also support and help them. Since I mention values I think you focus a lot of your attention on them especially in the context of employer branding.
Which company values are particularly close to you? All the values we follow in FreshMail are close to me especially respect and openness. We try to solve all problems quickly and efficiently and communication is really great. I feel like Im a different person in each role. Of course sometimes its hard but I think these are the qualities of my femininity that help me a lot. Soft skills are often more important than hard skills. What do you attach great importance to when recruiting? In the case of each recruitment whether for IT or other FreshMail departments the conversation is soft and hard. Of course skills and acquir experience are important and very important but for us it is the person who is important. Especially how he will work among us and us with him. We are looking for people who can express their opinion but also accept feback. People who play as a team and at the same time focus on their tasks by doing them well.
